Optional Extra – Lotus Qigong
A gentle standing qigong practice that incorporates slow, co-ordinated movements and encourages deep, relaxed breathing techniques. Qigong is traditionally used to promote harmony between body and mind.
The Lotus Qigong is able to be learnt in 1-2 hours, however regular practice is recommended to gain maximum benefits.
1 hour session – $55 per person
2 hour session OR 2 x 1 hour sessions – $100 per person
